NEW DELHI, India, May 21 -- The Rajasthan Royals concluded their Indian Premier League campaign with a six-wicket win over the Chennai Super Kings, managing to reach the target in their final league match on Tuesday.

In this season, Rajasthan has been unable to finish their pursuit in eight out of their nine matches. However, they managed to achieve a score of 188-4 with 17 deliveries remaining thanks to Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s contribution of over fifty runs, as reported by AP.

The Chelsea manager, Enzo, is not satisfied with the restricted amount of preparation time before the European final.

Quick bowler Akash Madhwal (3-29) proved potent with his reverse swing during the closing overs, limiting Chennai to 187-8, enabling Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s side to score merely 17 runs in the last three overs.

The victory propelled Rajasthan out of the cellar position, earning them eight points, while Chennai must secure a significant win against the leading Gujarat Titans in their concluding group game to prevent ending up at the bottom of the table for the first time ever in their IPL history.
